PROVISIONING: Outbound connection request is in process. ACTIVE: Outbound connection is active and ready to use. REJECTED: Outbound connection request is rejected by destination domain owner. DELETING: Outbound connection deletion is in progress. DELETED: Outbound connection is deleted and cannot be used further.
